Change of Mind Returns
While the ACL does not obligate us to accept returns for change of mind, we want you to shop with confidence. Therefore, we offer a 14-day change of mind return policy for items that are in their original, unused condition, including all tags, stickers, wrapping and packaging intact.
Please note that change of mind returns will be at your own cost, and we reserve the right to refuse returns if items do not meet these conditions.
Returns Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your refund has not been received within this period then please contact us.
Warranty:
At Budget Smiles Direct, we stand by the quality of the products we sell. If your product is defective within 12-months of purchase, we will gladly replace or refund your product.
This warranty covers defects and malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
