Payments and Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay.

Is it safe to use my credit card/debit card on your website?

Yes, we take security very seriously. Our website uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to ensure that you payment information is kept safe and secure.

Do you store my credit card information?

For security, we do not store your credit card information on our servers. All payment transactions are securely processed though our trusted gateway partners.

Can I cancel an order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel your order.

What is a pre-order item?

Items that are pre-ordered are dispatched by our overseas supplier warehouse. This may take longer to receive compared to items that are stocked at our Australian location. Please allow between 10 to 14 business days for pre-orders to be delivered.

What happens if I order an 'in-stock' item and a pre-order item together?

Shipment of your in-stock items may be delayed until your pre-order item is ready for shipping.

To ensure faster delivery of your in-stock items, we recommend making two separate orders - one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.

What countries do you ship to?

Unfortunately, at this stage we are only able to ship our products within Australia. Please follow us for further updates as we are always looking to expand our store.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

For in-stock items we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary based on your selected shipping method and your location.

If your item is a Pre-Order item, we will dispatch your order once it has been received from our supplier warehouse which may take up to 7-10 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For standard shipping, please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery to Australian metro areas or up to 7 days for regional areas.

For items shipped via express shipping, please allow between 1-3 days.

Items that are on backorder from our suppliers may take up to 7-15 days to be received.

Will my order have a tracking number?

Yes, all orders will come with a tracking number so you can keep track of your delivery. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking number to update once it has been received.

Returns and Refunds

Can I request a return or refund if I change my mind?

We offer a 14-day change of mind return policy for items that are in their originalunused conditionincluding all tags, stickers, wrapping and packaging intact.

Please note that change of mind returns will be at your own cost, and we reserve the right to refuse returns if items do not meet these conditions.

What happens if there's something wrong with my product or order?

Please reach out to us via the Contact us form with a description of your issue. If eligible, we will issue an immediate refund or replacement of the defective product.

What is your returns policy?

At Budget Smiles Direct, we stand by the quality of the products we sell. If your product is defective within 12-months of purchase, we will gladly replace or refund your product.

This warranty covers defects and malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How do I return an item?

To commence a return or warranty claim, please contact us with a description of your issue or the reason for your return. We will review your request and provide further instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect a returned product that meets our returns or warranty conditions, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
